What happens at a first consultation?
Every consultation begins with a full history and examination. Dr. Padela's approach is to consider the whole picture rather than treat a single complaint in isolation — so the first visit is unhurried and thorough.
Which languages can I consult in?
Consultations are routinely conducted in English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, and Gujarati. You're welcome to describe your symptoms in whichever language is most comfortable.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes. Virtual appointments are available alongside in-person visits — you can select your preference when booking.
How does payment work?
Once you've selected your appointment date and time, payment details are shared to confirm the booking. Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or card.
Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
Booking in advance is recommended so your preferred time is reserved and the consultation isn't rushed. You can book online in under a minute.
What conditions does Dr. Padela treat?
General medicine forms the core of the practice — hypertension, diabetes, thyroid and infectious conditions — alongside specialist experience in cardiology, pulmonology, and critical care. Acupuncture, cupping, and ECP are also offered.
What services are available on-site at the clinic?
On-site services include consultations, injections, cupping and acupuncture, and blood pressure checks. Other diagnostics and pathology are referred to an external laboratory or imaging centre.
How experienced is Dr. Padela?
Dr. Padela has 48 years of continuous clinical practice across India and Saudi Arabia, holding fellowships in cardiology and pulmonology and, most recently, a fellowship in critical care medicine.

How do I get my prescription or follow-up?
